I have been attending ECPI since 2016, and could not be happier with the overall friendliness of the staff and international students office. They work with your schedule and make it their job to see that you succeed in everything that you do. This institution gives you an unlimited supply of resources that will help you excel in every course, and get you on your way to earning your degree. I would recommend ECPI to any international student who is serious about getting a college degree and looking to start your dream career.

Attending ECPI was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. I attended both the Virginia Beach (started) and Manassas (finished) campuses and both were great. I had some amazing professors at both campuses that made huge impacts on me. They made me a better student and person. They cared and they were always available when I needed advice. Career services at the Manassas campus was very helpful with getting my resume together and encouraging me to attend the career fair even though I still had 4 months until I graduated with my AS/CIS – Network Security. That job fair led to me interviewing with multiple companies and landing a job offer. I started my career two weeks after graduation and haven’t looked back. I’ve been in my field now for a little more than 2 years. I’ve been promoted twice for my work in that time and I’ve never felt that my learned skills were lacking in comparison to my peers who went to traditional Universities. ECPI gives you the tools to succeed. I’m a proud alumni that is proof of that. However, you get out of your education what you put into it. It’s up to you to take the tools and knowledge they give you and make yourself into a marketable employee that someone wants to hire. One thing I can’t stress enough to a lot of people, learn how to interview! I’m lucky that I’m an extroverted person and I still studied the company, job description, and had questions ready for every interview I went on. You have to want the job bad enough to try that hard for it. They have a lot of candidates. Why should they hire you? I can’t stress enough how much this school has positively changed my life. I would recommend it (the campuses I went to) to anyone. I hope this helps some future or current students.
